After you submit your information, we’ll review your website and current setup, then contact you within one business day to discuss your needs and approve your application. Once approved and payment is processed, we handle the complete migration and setup process.
We work with any existing WordPress website. During our initial review, we’ll assess your current setup and let you know if any preparatory work is needed before migration to our care plans.
No problem at all. Just give us 30 days written notice via email. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. We’ll help with site migration if needed and provide all necessary files and backups. These cancellation terms apply to standalone month-to-month Care Plans. The Free Website Offer has a separate 12-month commitment and early migration terms.
Absolutely. Plan changes can be made anytime and take effect at the next billing cycle. Need more support hours this month? We offer additional hours at member rates.
We restore your site immediately from our latest backup, investigate how the breach occurred, patch the vulnerability, and implement additional security measures to prevent future incidents. All included in your plan.
No, support hours reset each month to keep service levels predictable. However, additional support hours are available at discounted member rates when needed.

Premium critical issues (site outages or broken lead forms) received before 15:00 receive an initial response the same business day; later requests receive a response the next business day. These are response targets, not guaranteed resolution times. Monthly reports are provided; a client portal is not currently included.
